Sophie believes that Exercise and physical activity provide us with essential physical and psychological outlets. Exercise improves our fitness, strength, mobility, pain management and function, whilst simultaneously influencing mood, sleep, mental health, and wellbeing. Utilising exercise also as an intervention for management of complex health conditions is crucial as, on its own, it can be used to address multiple risk factors simultaneously. Exercise, in all its various forms, enables you to enjoy and live a better quality of life
