Exercise Physiologist

Jess graduated from the University of Canberra in 2020 with a double Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sport Management, and a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology. Jess is currently working on specialising in Neurological conditions, Exercise for Mental Health, and Active Aging. Her areas of interest include Stroke, Brain and Spinal Cord injuries, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

Jess believes that exercise doesn’t have to be boring and tedious. You need to be creative with the way in which you are active. Mix it up and keep it interesting! The more you know and understand about your body and what is going on, the more drive and success you will have in achieving your goals.

Outside of working with her clients, Jess can be found scuba diving, mountain bike riding, learning to surf, taking the dog to the beach, going on bush walks, catching up with friends and practicing my cooking skills.

We are registered NDIS, Medicare, DVA, WHA & My Aged Care providers and help participants achieve amazing outcomes for a range of conditions.
