Jack Kerrigan

Co-Founder / Strength & Conditioning Coach / Rehabilitation Specialist / Student Doctor

Jack graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science, Edith Cowan University with a Master of Exercise Science and has now returned to James Cook University to study Medicine.

Jack is the co-founder at Activate Health and Movement and specialises in Athletic development and performance, strength and conditioning, periodization and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Jack’s areas of interest include High Performance training and neurological conditions, such as Traumatic Brain Injury.

Jack believes that exercise plays a crucial role in our daily living and is something that needs to be implemented regularly so that life can be enjoyed to the fullest.

Jack is eager to provide exercise services to help those who are returning to exercise from an injury, living with a disability, or those looking to further their capabilities in performance.

Outside of work and study, you can find Jack weightlifting, playing video games or spending time with his beautiful family.

We are registered NDIS, Medicare, DVA, WHA & My Aged Care providers and help participants achieve amazing outcomes for a range of conditions.
