Anyone is welcome to make an appointment with one of our Exercise Physiologists. All patients under Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation and CTP claims will need a referral prior to attending an initial consultation to receive a rebate. Rebates are available through private health insurance, no referral is needed for this.

Yes we provide bulk billing options to individuals on a pension or low income card or those who are currently going through oncology treatments

Yes. If you are unable to make your appointment time, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. A courtesy phone call to reschedule your appointment will avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee.

Medicare provides Individual allied health services – up to a maximum of 5 sessions per year. If you have reached your maximum of allocated appointments for that year, the Medicare fee of $56.00 will be incurred.
