
Activate Health and Movement have teamed up with COTA NSW to launch their Living Longer Living Stronger program!
Living Longer Living Stronger is an individualised strength and balance program specifically for people aged 50 to 100+. The program will be delivered by Activate Health and Movements specially trained exercise physiologists. Our accredited exercise physiologists will develop an exercise plan that is tailored specifically for you and your goals.
Progressive strength and balance training can help to improve your:
- Chronic conditions
- Balance
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Muscle strength
Mental Health and WellbeingWe have a good understanding of the needs of older people and will create a friendly environment that you will feel comfortable in and provides an opportunity for socialising and meeting new people.
You may be able to cover some or all of the costs through:
- Your NDIS or home care package
- Rebate from your private health insurance
- Medicare chronic disease management plan via your GP.
